Location: Manitowoc, WI | The Sheboygan Walleye Club is sponsoring a major team tournament on Green Bay this summer. This event, dubbed "The Battle on the Bay" will be held Sunday August 6th out of Oconto, WI with an 80% payout. Tournament entry fee of $250 per team with the remaining 20% to go towards tournament fees, walleye fishing habitat improvement, stocking programs, and kids fishing programs. A seperate big fish cash award for the 3 biggest fish. More details to follow in the near future.

Chris Spiering here... Looks like a great tournament!!!!!! I'm going to do my best to fish this one but it will be a tough go with it being the day after my wedding! My conversation with my wife will go something like this: "Honey gift opening is now moved to diner on sunday night" wife-"Skip the wedding because I'll find someone to take your place"
How do you think that will go??

| Chris, LOL. I actually thought you were trying to break the useless windscreen on the Ranger, so that you could get the new, taller screens.
I should have the new boat by then. I may just have to get in this one.

Location: Manitowoc, WI | This will be a good one to fish with, based on 100 teams, a payout of around $8,000 to the winners. We plan to pay the top 10 places. More information to follow as it becomes available.

What I was really trying to do is prove the durability and ability to abuse an offshore planer board. What looked like a rant or tantrum if you will was really a brilliant marketing ploy...no I am not sponsored by offshore but you never know

I am placing this tournament as a priority...right up there with the Spring Classic...Gift opening and Family and all that jazz with have to wait till after the weigh in.
Hey who knows maybe I can get a wedding gift out of this if we cash a check!
