Member Posts: 2300 Location: Berlin | I am calling this right now. This tournament will have the largest average per fish then any tournament in the last 5 years. There will be the highest percentage of limits brought in then any tournament in the last five years. There will more fish over 5lbs than any other tournamnt in the last five years. I am not trying imply anything as far as how I am going to do but EVERYONE I am in contact with is POUNDING nice fish. With that said, my guess is...................... 23lbs to win 14lbs to cash a check Edited by Rich S 6/1/2007 10:54 AM

Member Posts: 2300 Location: Berlin | I normally would agree but when you have these quality limits coming from the mouth of the wolf all the way to Fon du lac, the fish will go. The thunder boomers will shut a small portion of fish off but with the bite going so strong everywhere, it won't matter.

Member Posts: 514 Location: Darboy USA | I hope you're right Rich, the storms tonite might dictate how big the fish are tomorrow, guess time will tell. I'm going with a 4.4# average for the win, so 22# total. I agree, lots of 20"-25" fish will be weighed, hopefully I'll be the one weighing 5 25" walleyes with my boater! Member Posts: 617 Location: Oshkosh, Wisconsin | We had a decent storm last night and the fish were definitely still on today. Somebody should have a 20 to 24 pound basket. Hard part about this one will be only getting to box 7 fish. Its pretty hard to throw back 20 inch fish waiting for 23's...

Member Posts: 1314 Location: Menasha, WI | The predicted isolated storms aren't going to be accompanied by a change in the weather pattern so they probably won't affect the bite much if at all. I think 20#+ might be needed but I'll say 18# to win and 14# to cash a check. I'll bet 90+ teams bring 5 to the scales.

Member Posts: 1406 | Don't sweet it Rich! The fish got hit hard from prefishin, as well as the storms that rolled through. Give it a couple weekdays to settle down the boat traffic and the warm up by Wed and they will be back in the same general areas! Good Luck Tyee

Member Posts: 2300 Location: Berlin | They bit much better on Sunday. We brought in 16.53 lbs and only took 15th in the Macks. That is the kind of bite I was expecting in the FLW.
