Plan on being there after I get out of the boat show in Appleton on Saturday. Want to see if they have any Alumacraft boats there. Especially looking for a Navigator 165T with a Yamaha F60 on it. Look for a yellow Fresh Water Fishing Hall of Fall jacket on a curly headed guy. Hope to be there by 4PM.

How was the Show? I was with Fort Fremont at the Appleton Show yesterday, and in Boulder Junction at a Guide promotion Friday and Saturday, so I couldn't get up there.

I went Saturday with Wolf Walleye. It was an OK show. Saw some WFer's there, and Steve Heiting, Tom Keenan, Ranger Rick, Jim Coon, and some others. Bought some cool new spinner blades.

Was thinking about going to the Appleton Show yesterday, but didn't know ANYONE that was going to be there! 10 minutes from my house, and I don't even get a call! Sheesh!

I also went and felt ripped off. I went with three other people, and we spent $37 before even entering the show! Marine General had the best deals, and the others were horrible! They had Dave's Kaboom's for $6 at one of the stands, and then they had the buy 4 get one free promotion. What a joke. My girlfriend liked the new bobber that you can get away from the boat without casting, but other than that I was not at all impressed!

Sorry Shep, I drove down that morning and drove immediately back that night after the close; been kinda busy lately and wanted to get back home to Sue before the weekend was TOTALLY over.

well, let's not have that happen again! hehehe

I'd have come to the Appleton show just to say hi. Ah well, daughter and mom got new bikes, so I did get to spend some money! hehehe

I'm just disappointed that Steve didn't buy me that beer he talked about some months ago

Good to see ya Steve wish I would of had more time to talk with ya.

Shep, can I ask who the name of the blades are? I bought some up there last year from a guy, just curious if it's the same guy.
