I found a cell phone at the Jefferson Park Boat Launch in Menasha. If you can identify it and you are missing one, feel free to call me at 920.268.5155 and I will return it to you. Not a report I know, but I had to get the word out somehow.

If the phone is working it should be easy to locate owner. Just simply turn it on and look at recent calls and dial one.
