been running merc premium plus in my opti. buddy won this merc 2 cycle "synthetic formula". Am I ok to run that and switch back to prem. plus or do i have to stick with synthetic formula once I start running it.

It dont' matter but I'd wait till the resivor is almost empty before adding any oil. going too opti and then back to prem plus
