Subject: Slow death hooks

Does anyone use slow death hooks in a casting presentation? I was going to try them casting for trout and wondered if it was an idea worth trying. Thanks for any input.

Dont know for trout but have rigged up some Lindy style and they work; also have used them behind bottom bouncers. You must be able to keep the speed DOWN in order to really make them work.
