What do you guys/gals think about Starcraft Tournament boats? I've seen a few used ones for sale and they seem to be 6-9 grand cheaper than let's say Lund, Alumnacraft, Crestliner, ect...

Thanks for the input.

I have a 1994 and I love the layout. A lot of the newer boats have the same layout...Dual livewells, one of the earlier boats with the center rod storage, rides a lot better than my Alumacraft, but then again it is 1 1/2 feet longer and a foot wider. Fit and finish is poor compared to others. Not sure what happened...a few other boats had the same basic hull, Fisher, Tracker, but all none of those are made any more either.

I think it was a good purchase for the price, a good "value" boat, but it is not a "premium" tournament boat.
