| They are keeping the Pro/Co format, reducing number of tournaments from 4 to 3, increasing entry to $300/$150, alll qualifiers are one day tourneys, top 35 to the championship, top boater and co get entry to the Tour championship. Here's the link to the schedule and all info.

In my opinion, this is exactly what they needed to do to get more entrants.

Location: Appleton wi | The die hards will fish it no matter change or not! Not sure how you see the number going up since the first 2 years they had 3 tourny's. Numer of entrants havnt change dramitically over 4 years in wisc they have gone up alittle from the first year.  |

| First, the overall number of entrants increased from 2005 to 2006.
Second, I see the number of entrants increasing because every change they made is an improvement from 2006.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I guess we'll see.

| I'll be there. I don't particularly like a slot tourney, but I'll do the Pete. later date for WInneconne should see some nice bags, and lots of places to choose to fish. GB in July works for me.

Location: Berlin | My guess is the numbers will be up. To fish the entire circuit will be cheaper overall with only 3 tournaments and now you won't have to take a top 2 finish to come home with some money due to the increased entry fee. It looks to me like they took a page out of the MWC's book. As long as they advertise these changes, the numbers should be up. |

Location: LaCrosse, WI | This format should also help even the playing fields a little bit too. The Fox Valley area had 75% of the tournaments, granted it's still 66%, but none of them are super tournaments. If you want a chance at that angler of the year award, you better do decent at Petenwell. |

My one attempt to send pics to work so i could post them didnt work.... i will try again soon. And shep i bought 2060DC/225optima thru denny so you know it setup perfect for me

As for why dump Bago? Well, they have Winneconne in early June. That will include Bago, I'm sure. And I'm sure going back to 3 tourney's, they didn't want two on the same water. |
