The Minn Kota (Similar to a Panther Lift) Power Tilt Hydraulic was used on Rangers because of the set back. I have a '99 681 with one and it stopped working the other day. Do any of you have any ideas how to proceed? Currently have the small electric motor at the shop to see if it's the problem and can be fixed. It would not work when hooked up to a battery directly, any ideas on the hydraulic pump if it is the problem. Minn Kota no help what so ever.

Their arev 2 things I have ffound with the Minkota lift and thats the brushes have worren out or the magnets have seperated from the housing. Both items can be fixed. The magnets can be reglued and the brushes have to be matched up and maybe grounded to match the size of the originals.
