My Ranger 681 has 23 pitch prop on a Merc 135. The boat trolls to fast, what prop to I need to achieve 1.5 to 2 mph for trolling walleye?

I would suggest a drift sock or two. This should slow you down to where you need to be and save you some money. I'd try that or install a trolling plate. Here is a link to the numerous models available.

Do the drift sock thing. I'm also assuming you are tilting the motor? That will help a bunch. Also for added "drag" I deploy my bow mount motor, I use both locator's for trolling anyway.
