Anyone have a suggestion when a picture is over the 200KB attachment limit? When I download it from the camera it is 456KB.

Can I change the size after it is downloaded or do I have to change something before I download it?

You need to scale the pictue down to a maximum of 640 wide then save out as a jpg. If you have a phoo editing program, go to size/orient after opening the picture in the editor, and drop the size back to 640X480. There are lots of decent editors as freeware, do a GOOGLE search keywords 'photo editing program'.

Steve,

Thanks for your help the keywords you gave me were right on the money. I found Serif PhotoPlus and was able to resize the picture and post it under my original thread.
