I've got a deer head that was mounted about 15 years ago and it's looking dingy. Can I clean it up myself or should I take it to a taxidermist? Any tips are appreciated. Thanks.

I literally vacuum the mount with an attachment hose and brush, then use a light spray of Pledge or comparable to clean up the 6 mounts I have. I use furniture polish on my fish mounts, too, once a month.
