Kinda bumpy by the time I went out this morning with clients. Got a late start at around 10:00am and fished till 3:00pm. Mostly 3's some 4 footers and more floating weeds than I've seen all summer. Weather man said NW switching to W and calming by afternoon. B.S., it was N and switched to NE by afternoon. The bite also seems to be slower during the afternoons versus the mornings in my narrow view. We did loose more fish than I care to admit today though. We also caught a giant smallie just before we pulled lines.

Looks like the bite has been on fire over there this year, Dan.

I've never seen it better, ever.
