Have any of you Ranger Boat operators ever seen transom flex while putting pressure on the big motors cavitation plate. With the trim strip removed I have a flex of approx. 1/4 inch. I'm currently going through the warranty process and Ranger wants me to send it back to the factory.
I'm ok with doing this but am concerned about what condition the boat will be returned to me.
Any stories you guy's might have about sending boats back to Ranger, good or bad would be appreciated. Thanks

Ranger Boats has one of the best customer service reputations in the business. Your boat will be repaired and returned to you in excellent condition.

I've sent boats back for repairs to other manufacturers, but not Ranger. However, I do know people who have. I think you'll find that they'll do everything they can to make it right for you. I bought my first Ranger last year and have had a couple of minor issues with it which were remedied to my satisfaction at the dealer. But I wouldn't hesitate to send it back to the factory if it had your boat's problem.
