Location: Fremont, Wisconsin | It can even be simpler than that. If you are in wisconsin, go to a boat dealer and they have the forms for boat registration. There will be a area on there where you can apply for a replacement title. Fill it out and attach a check from your bank account for the 5 dollars, U.S. Funds, and the new owner will then fill out another form that will be the tranferr and renewal on the alike form. He will attach his own check. You will then cram them in the same envelope and send her off the the powers in charge. They will issue the replacement title in the computer only and transferr to the new guy. he will recieve stuff, you will not. If there is a lein on the boat, then this will not work. |
