| WHo got the survey from the FLW on tournament formats?
Keep the current or go to a 3 day, 2 full field days and a 3rd day cut? |

Location: Elgin, Illinois | I think cometitors will cut out a day of prefishing to save $$$ before they would ask to cut out a day of tournament. Now, if it is to "save" the FLW, then to honestly keep the circuit solvent and viable I would want to do whatever was necessary without raising fees. So, if that is necessary, then cut a day of competition.
I said the same thing in my survey form. Keep the four days. But, cut to three if you can legitimately state it is to keep the circuit viable. |

Location: Manitowoc, WI | I'm willing to bet that the lion's share of the pros will vote to reduce it to a 3 day event instead of a 4 day event. I also think it's time for a regional qualifying system for the champinship, similar to what the PWT ran when it was at the top of it's game back in 2001-2005. |
