| Been hitting a dozen or so big Bluegills off the dock every night... hardest part of the deal is getting those pesky Red worms on the hook. If Nightcrawlers fought this hard, you would have to pin them to the bottom of the boat with 2 hands and have your buddy insert the hook.
I bought 3 - 10 foot telescopic Crappie rods with a single eye on the end and tied a 10 foot length of Fireline to the end. It reminds me of just why I liked to fish in the first place. Kicking back and watching the rod tips quiver and then setting the hook, it's like being 10 years old again!!
The Gills are full of Lake Flies and start hitting about dusk.. and then it's all hands on deck for the next hour.

| Hey Dom, I hit a few fish on Monday evening North a little of where we fished the other week. Things are much slower than they were. Time to try the bay ! |

| Jerry,
Thanks... I'm out of town next week and then my daughter is getting married the following week so I'm out of action for a couple of weeks... But if you have an open seat in a couple of weeks, I'll take you up on the offer.
Dominic
