There is a product out there that reduces the scratches to a minimum if they are not too deep. Check an auto parts store or a police supply company. We use them on the light bars on the squad cars and it works pretty good for the small scatches.

I also use rainx on the windsheild of my boat. Not only does it help with spotting, I think it also protects it from scratches too.

Maquires makes a plastic polish that alot of the race car guys use on Lexan windshields. Works great. Can't think of the exact name right now, but any good auto parts store should have it. That is what I use.

If your scratches aren't too deep you can use Novus Plastic Polish. There are 3 different grades. One will remove fine scratches, one will remove hazing type imperfections and the other is a cleaner. Good stuff.
