Any Info when open water fishing usally starts on Mississippi river near Alma Wisconsin or Redwing Minnesota any Info would be appreciated

You could have been out today if you don't mind the cold. The weather is supposed to warm up next week and there will be lots of boats out. I myself have not been out in two weeks but am chomping at the bit to get out next week. Good luck.
