It has been (and continues to be) another fantastic year of fishing on Lake Winnebago. What are some of the ways, and some of the area organizations, I and fellow anglers can give our time and our money to? I would like to see this fishery last for future generations to enjoy. Please do not get into the debate of catch and release, how big of fish to keep, etc. It is a matter of personal choice, regulated by the D.N.R; and as fellow sportsman we must not fight among ourselves about this issue. This is something the anti-sports people just love. It is good sportsmanship to give as well as take from this tremendous body of water!

The easiest way would be to join your local chapter of Walleyes For Tomorrow, which raises money and conducts projects specifically for the benefit of Lake Winnebago.

If you or anyone else does not know who to contact for information on Walleyes for Tomorrow e-mail me at info@fishtfm and let me know where you are located and I will get you the information. Also if anyone out there would be interested in starting a new chapter in a location that we do not have a chapter contact me and I would be happy to meet and get you the information on starting a chapter. It is not that hard and all money raised goes to improve walleye habitat.
