Definately had to bust some ice. Not to be obvious, but have someone in the back of boat with spud bar to bust up ice as you slip in. Hopefully, someone will have take care of that for you. ![]() Weather was weecked. Feesh were not cooperative, though no slammers. No teecks at all, just a swallow. If you didnt feel bottom on the last jeeg stroke, chances are a feesh had it. Should be moving again by Sunday. They gotta eat every 3 days no? Float across from Genoa was close for season. Last week, I think, was the last week.

Member Posts: 1195 Location: Orland Park, IL | There were about 4 other boats. Feeshing was slow, so sunday maybe they will be turning some. Nice ramp, not really steep. We did have a 4x4 but really didnt seem to need it. Most folks pretty good about emptying trailers BEFORE rolling up, a phenomenon rarely seen here on the Illinois side. Usually the floats do pretty good. Here is one I visited and thought it was great. http://www.clementsfishing.com/
