Thought you guys would like to see a real beauty of a walleye. The guy guessed the weight at 15 after measurments, and released the fish after pictures. I may have guessed her weight as slightly heavier.

Those are popular shaped jigs on Simcoe for Lake Trout. I bought a few when we were there for jumbo perch 2 years ago to bring back and try on the Saginaw bay for ice walleyes, but for the life of me I cannot remember their names.

I pulled the picture and post off another board and he didn't say how long it was. If he used measurments to guess the weight, I'd guess 35 inches or slightly more would have been the length.

That looks like a meegs jig. Very popular up there for whities and trout. They like to tip them with small tubes.
