Just wondering why there was no one at the mouth of the river or the little rock jetty to check boats in for 3PM or 3:30PM? There must have been late boats?

Guest,
I was wondering the same thing when we weighed in. During rules meeting we were told there would be someone checking boats at one of those two areas. Got in the river, and saw nobody. Seems to me some of those weights may be a little different if all late boats were accounted for. 1 second late=loss of 1/2 your weight......
