Looking for some cedar river info. Never been there looking to take my dad next week. Spots, set-ups anything would help.

Thanks

My experience at Cedar River:

1) It can be a zoo on a Friday or Saturday night.

2) Get there in the light and mark the nets.

3) Make sure you have Deep Rippers in Bare Naked, Purple Prizm and Blueberry Muffin. Use them on a super line.

4) It can be fast action for big fish.

if you go out on fri or sat night just look for the crowd out off the mouth about a mile or two. Just went out on a charter sept 21st with fin and we caught 16 walleye at night. We trolled with 800 series reef runners, blueberry muffin, fins day old muffin, purle barely naked, and a doctored up barely naked.

Lots of nets around as of Oct. 4, many just barely off the structure that is popular to fish.
