| I checked out the mouth today and saw 2 guys in a kayak type boat in the mouth. The landing at Rainbow was still frozen tight but if the city would open it up we could be fishing. |

Location: Oshkosh, WI | Some folks are fishing off of the Oshkosh Ave bridge, but did not report catching any yet. I am wondering if the guys in boats are doing any good in the mouth of the river... |

| Butte des Morts is open and fishable under the 41 bridge... if you don't mind dodging a few steel girders and falling bolders from the bridge construction. |
