| Watched Gillespie's show yesterday and it was a repeat of last week's show up in Cable. Talked to a friend in Milwaukee today and he said Gillespie was fishing on Winnebago with Larry Smith. We must have the television Grinch here in Oshkosh...first we miss the first 7 minutes of last week's Packer game, this week we miss good local fishing.
Thanks, just needed to vent! |

| I was told the Winnebago show aired in the Milwaukee market today. Perhaps it was last year's show.
I can catch walleye here most of the summer, but don't do well in the winter, so I was hoping to pick up a few tips. Oh well, perhaps I just have to spend more time on the hard water. |

Location: Berlin | I believe the show was from last year. He was on the wolf. Caught a lot of smaller eyes. |

Location: Berlin | This was Ice fishing. I saw the show two weeks ago and it was open water. It was Larry and him ice fishing on the wolf. That Larry is one amazing guy. |

Location: Neenah, WI | As Quest said, Earl Gillespie passed away last week. He was a long time sports reporter and the voice of the Milwaukee Braves. I think that's where John got the GET THE NET thing. Earl and his partner Blaine Walsh would net foul balls during the Braves games. |
