Location: Appleton		Just for clarification this was my understanding after speaking to Eric Banks on Tuesday from Cabela’s. The only teams that could move to the 2007 NTC tournament were the teams that qualified through the MWC in 2005. I was informed today by Matt Kettler from Cabela’s this was not correct. All teams that are signed up to fish the MWC Bay de Noc tournament need to contact Kristine Houtman and she will inform Cabela’s. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused to teams. I knew that Teams were questioning how this was going to be handled and I was just trying to pass on the information I had received.

My final understanding on Cabela's decision is this.If you qualified for the NTC '06, and you cannot attend because you are fishing MWC-Bay De Noc,you are offered a spot in NTC '07 instead.If your conflict with the NTC '06 is other than MWC-Bay De Noc, this does not apply.This came directly from a phone conversation i had with Cabela's.

That is also my understanding. Teams should email me at [email protected] and I'll keep a roster to provide to Cabela's. I can cross-check it against the MWC roster for Bay de Noc.

that wouldnt seem fair to the other circuits that got shafted. why does only the MWC get this luxury? they arent the only game in town.

My guess is it is because Cabela's is the name sponsor for the MWC. What other tourney will the NTC coincide with?

Location: Chicago IL.		Hey Rich. What a mess huh? I will admit ,I was preettyy tee`d off when the news came out. But things worked out I guess. Now what would happen if I also qualified thru the mwc or the iwt for next year. That should make things more interesting. HAHAHA. Looking foward to seeing you there.
