I would get his zip and go to ups.com or usps.com and get the rates right from There. Use paypall, i've had good luck with them. In addition I would get a phone number call him or both of you download skyp and video conference so you get a feel if it is a trust worthy source in addition if he is a serious collector for walleye product, he should register on this site lots of stuff here for anyone...at least then you might have a chance of getting the IP address.

I want to insure you all that I am not that you think. I am just a serious collector and fisherman too. I know that there are many people of different kind and different thoughts in case to blown the other people. I am very sory if you have thoughts like this but I am not that person. Why to sit here and write this words, that is not worth that monay to blown someone.
Think self, there is no chance to blown this man I want to send a check to him, he take out the monay and then send the Lures to me. That`s it and nothing more. That is so easy and better than this can not be
I want to register here but I dont know how somebody help me.
How can I prove you all that I am serious and that I mean what I am saying.
Here in Sweden are many people who blown me and I am afraid to do more busines with this people. Here are many fishing forums but I dont want to have to do anything with this People. And that is the reason I have searched on Google and find this forum.
I would be very disappointed if anybody think that I am trash. I am already a little disappointed because I feel that somebody suspect me to be a fraud.
I am just a serious and families man with wife and four boys.
I see that here are many nice, kind and serious people and I understand that nobody want to be blown on some monay.

Click on the word register and follow the directions:
and feel free to share your knowledge here, as Dennis says don't worry about those that hide behind a fake name. If you register you give up your IP address and can be tracked. registered users get more trust from people.
