Member Posts: 2445 Location: Fremont, Wisconsin | OK Guys, They posted the list of guys and gals. We know who is playing and what the weather has been like the last 2 days. What are your thoughts on the out come of the event. Who wins, who places and shows. I like several anglers right now. I think that north wind has things a bit in a disarray, and it will be he who adapts the fastest when things straighten out that will be the hero. Lets hear it. The luckydog wins, this is a no brainer. Fishing for length and registering pictures. Go out and bang your (7) 20-24" fish in the lower bay and then head out for big fish. The big fish are not set-up as of last weekend and with this weather most likely will not be going yet. So the lucky dog wins.

Member Posts: 2445 Location: Fremont, Wisconsin | OK Luckydog, it must be you then that will win? Who is your LUCKYDOG pic of the week. lets hear it, not just ramblings of a mad man.........no generic crap on this post either I.E. who ever gets the most hahahahahaha thats not funny.........NAMES, i want names. explain what you mean to get your 20-24" fish then run for the bigguns. Lots of difference in weight on a 20-24" fish. Lets not talk in riddels.

Member Posts: 3899 | Ooh Riley is a good pick. My pick is Jason Przekurat . He really does pretty well on this body of water. My next pick was going to be Todd Riley, or Greg Yarbrough, with Robert Blosser next. And I think the first fish targeted will be big fish first hour in the AM, maybe one or two 27+, and then go for the cookie cutters (21-24) to fill the 7. Then finish the day going after more big fish.

The best part of O and B is they are young and will take the beating to run to the edge of the earth if thats what it takes to win. I think they will be filling up right behind JP, they know to many spots. At least they can get free brewer tickets from JP.

Member Posts: 1040 Location: Stevens Point, WI | Tommy Kemos, John Kolinski, Jason P, John Schneider, KK, GP and definitely can't forget the hometown favorite in Pat Neu. I can't just pick one with all these guys having spent more than there fair share of time on this water! hehe

I think it will be who has the grapes to wait out 7 bites north. I wish that i would have waited it out during the last league event, those 21-24'' are going to cut it, although the weather isn't helping this week. I am going with Pat Neu or Chase Parsons

Pat Neu should do very well.

This contest is about who can catch the 7 best bites each day. not a wait and see game for the best weight. Meaning, a guy can run into a spot and put 7 21" fish on film in probably about the first 20 minutes of the day. Again there is no reward to put heavy (up north) fish in the box. Then run out to where ever he may get lucky to get bit for big fish. the numbers of big fish and the current conditions are such that 7 24" every day will put someone near the top. Easier said, than done. I like John Schnieder for this one, he knows the water well and has put a lot of time in. I also like Scott Allar, he's putting his time in and doing his homework. And I love how easily you thump your chest, Stacker, it's almost easier than catching (7) 21" fish in the lower bay right now.

Member Posts: 2445 Location: Fremont, Wisconsin | LUCKYDOG, lets check and make sure you undertand how the scoring takes place. You do know that every fish gets a weight right? Not that they are totalling the inches of fish and giving them a weight. You know this, right? So why would you not go out for the big fish? Why would you not want 7 of them? Thumping my chest? Get real, I am trying to have some fun here and get people wound up. Thanks for joining in all.

I would put Jason P. Or Pat Neu on the top. I have seen what these guys can do on this water. These 2 guys probably have some of the best networks on these waters. Both have been fishing this body way over ten years. More then most an have the best chance to win. We'll see in the end though. Could be anybody's bite. With this weather the fish have been turned off an there are some big fish in lower bay that if they bite could be anybody's game. I think we need some warmer weather for those northern fish to setup an be more consistent. I haven't been up there but from years past u need 70 degree water north to get them big girls active. If that warm weather would of held up I think those big girls north would be the place to go. I think the southern bay bite will be a lil more consistent. My 2 cents worth.

I was hoping no one would mention anything, just too hard to pick just one. However, if I had to pick just one, it would be Tommy Kemos hands down!

Guest, Don't know where you get your info, lets try, 3rd last year flwl, oconto, 23rd flwl green bay, 33rd flw tour all in 08, 4th in flw tour 07, don't say the tour events don't count as part of this body of water, as they were in BDN, MI, he was fishing in WI waters during both events, read the post event interviews. Open mouth insert foot.
