I think what the guest may have been talking about, 4 boats were seen tied up to one another during the tourney hours, Jim addressed the issue atn the championship. As far as what they were doing well... who knows for sure.

Top 6 Reasons Boats Were Tied Up During A Tournament:

1)Charlie Murphy Was Cooking Johnsonville Brats
2)Only One Guy Brought Crawlers and They Were Sharing
3)The Hooters Boat was putting on a show!
4)Rules say you cannot use radio's or cell phones but do not ban sign language or speaking in tongue's
5)They were all fishing the spot on the spot on the spot!.
6) They were all on a team and had only one spot!

You know if guys keep doing stuff like this Coon will have to keep thinking about doing something,
ie: enforcement of rules might cause lost customers and revenue

Big weights - 8/23/2010 12:18 PM

43#'s to win

If I'm not mistaken the record for the Bay is 39.88 lbs for 5 fish, i think this is a little high for 4 fish, i will go with 33.59 lbs Clumpner & Ristow.

The largest 5 fish basket in a tournament that I can find is Gordy Powers with 5 for 40.75 in the 2005 FLW Tour Day 2.
