2 pound average.

Good luck to all AIM contestants. It's not often that I am happy that I am not participating in a tournament. This is one of those times. Stay warm, stay safe and stay focused.

The Pros have been pre-fishing hard for the last few days on the river. Because of the windy conditions on Wednesday river patterns will prevail.

Remember they get to 'weigh' 7 fish per day. Tenth place in the Ft Fremont tourney averaged 2.88#/fish; multiply that by 21 and I'll say 60.4# to win it even with the tough conditions.

I have to agree with Viking, If us weekend worriors can do what we did in Ft Fremont I would hope the "PROS" would be able to better that. I think 61 pounds will win. The fish are there in unimaginable numbers. And the pros have the advantage of talking to alot of the anglers at weigh in. They are very good rods to begin with, there equipment is second to none, then add some info from dennys tourny crew and these guys should clean house!!

53.23 lbs to win. My info is telling me the bite is falling off some due to the water temps dropping. Like Sunshine I too am happy to NOT be fishing this event because of this beautiful spring weather!!

Day one has been canceled due to high winds, heavy snow, and cold temps. The AIM Advisory group conferred with AIM officials at 9:30 this evening, and determined the danger to the anglers and co-anglers due to the heavy snow already on the ground, sub freezing temps, and continued light snow and cold Wednesday was too high to fish.

Watch for updates and interviews with AIM officials and anglers tomorrow.

Personal note: This was a good call. it completely sucks out there....

So do all anglers fish both of the remaining days? Or is there still a cut after Thursday?
