Hi,

Just a note that Spellman's Marina will be hosting a small walleye tournament on Saturday July 31st.

Entry Fee is $50 and were limiting it to 25 boats. This is just a test to what we hope will be a bigger and better tournament in years to come.

Also this is the weekend before the Ranger Fleet Farm open for those of you that plan on prefishing that weekend.

Message me here at Walleye's First or E-mail me at [email protected] for an entry form.

Thanks,
Jason

This post has been edited due to an error in the entry form and fee. The entry fee for this tournament will be $50. The prize money listed on the entry form is based on a $50 entry fee. Sorry for the confusion.

For those that have recived an entry form already there is an error regarding the tardy rule. Tournament hours will be from 6 am-2 pm with the tardy rules appling after that.

Once again sorry for the confusion.

Jason Brauch.

Steve,
I'd be glad to put a list together and call back with results. We are accepting entries up until the night before the tourney. I'm hoping for a good turn out and possibly having it filled prior to that.

We're running it as a "test" this year. If we get a positive response from it, hopefully we'll be able to expand it next year.

Thanks for your support.

Jason Brauch.

Mike,

We currently don't have an age limit, I don't forsee the need for one as long as the child is fishing with their parent or other family member. Also sent you an entry form via E-mail.

Tyee, yep good to meet ya, again. Should plan a vendor fishing outing real soon

Just a note for those that have sent entries or are looking for entries. Please be patient as I will be very busy the next two weeks with Otter Street and the MWC 'Bago event.

Thanks.

Vendor outing? You stealing my idea Tyee? While you and I both know your company is no competition for mine, just the fact that you are using the lake and it's rescources for personal gain is, well.........right up my alley! hehehe

BTW, we happen to have the Marinco products available to us. That includes Guest Chargers. Anybody looking for a source, and needs a day on the water, well, you get where I'm going! hehehe

Stacker,
Watch your E-mail......also there is an error on your entry form. Along with the $50, you are to include 1 cold beverage of my choice.

Why is it always my stuff that gets screwed up? Now I bet I will have to pay a late fee of 12 and some change.

Giving this a bump to the top.

I believe I have sent everyone an entry form that requested one. If not please e-mail me again and I will get you one ASAP.

Also, I will try to get an update later this week on the number of entries so far.

I've been fairly busy this week and haven't got an accurate count yet.

As of now the tourney is not full. I will get a count over the long weekend and post early next week.

Thanks for your patience and I look forward to seeing those that have signed up.

Brad, please send me an e-mail or post an address I can send an entry form to. Or I can get you one this weekend.

Scooter, maybe next time.

Ok, I did a tally last friday and there were only a hand full of entries in, a bit of suprise considering how many entry forms have been sent out. I look forward to seeing those that decide to get in.

Thanks.
