Location: Rockford MN | I say another coach needs to get fired! The Pack is throwing down the Vikes throat all the 1st half, plus they were blitzing from every angle and had the Vikes beat! Now the 2nd half comes and the 1st thing the Pack does is start running nickle packages instead of keeping the pressure on and creaming the Vikes. UNREAL that is some of the worst coaching you will ever see! Why do you think they have been getting BLOWN out on the road? WHY did that fool get so conservitive? Same goes on Offence what are you doing????????? Keep the pressure on them they can't cover you THROW the ball! Play the same "D" and win HUGE! If I were Farve I would walk no run away from this coach and call it a career! |

Looks like we'll be the most dangerous team to the rest we play this season. "We" can let it all hang out because we have nothing to lose and only gains to make. |

| Personally, I was most impressed with the Packer secondary on the last passing play.
Giving them 20 yards and the sideline seemed like a good idea. didn't it?
Let them have the middle, they had no timeouts so all you had to do was keep them out of the end zone. I could score against those backs.
The Packers are nothing without #4. One player away from being as good as the Brewers.

Hey I'm a BIG Bears fan, but I post my name. The last thing I want to see is some team in this Division win it with 7 wins and thats a STRONG possiblity. The Pack has been living off Farve for years and now he can't do it all with all the guys out. The Vikes are very poorly coached and will have a very hard time beating ANY team willing to blitz them and make there QB make up his mind. The Lions scare me now that Joey is on the Pine! They have the "D" and are good enough to beat most teams with the "O" talent they have. The Bears are one of the best defensive teams in the league but have no QB to lead the "O" I like the kid but they don't ask him to do much. They can run the ball, but never go down field in the passing game. I think it's The Lions to win even with the teams they have left to play. If they do slip up I like the Bears to challenege any team in this POOR Div........... |

| Well, being a die hard Bears Fan, It still is ugly. Defense looks good, but for the life of me, I can't figure out why we can't keep a quarterback healthy or hire one that can pass.
MN, well Randy has to be laughing thinking "They thought is was all me"
Greenbay, well I am real glad Favre is getting old. Tired of him kicking our butts. Hopefully it is revenge time! |

WHY pay for over priced maybe's when you win with defense? You think the Pack won all those games in the late 90's without a good defense? They have some talent at QB in Chicago just ask them not to lose a game or win it. They have the defense to do that for them. As I recal the 85' Bears were not very good on offense nor were the Ravens a few years ago. Just win baby just win! Ugly is ok with me, winning is everything. |

Location: Appleton wi | Mr Gordy I am not sure why you took exception to my comment target at GUESS but you seem to have something to say about any subject on this board and we can only assume your one of the guys who post as "guess" .As far as the packers yes they do stink terribly this year and its hard to swallow as a die hard packer fan since packers have ruled the division for past 13 years (except for a few years) when the viking had our #. I just cant understand the vindictiveness that viking fans and bears fans have toward the packers after all its a game and all of us here are couch coaches.If you look at the stats the packers have the 8th and 9th rated offensive and defensive(NFC) and its was a rebuilding year from the beginning. There record is vindictive and proof there really is a fine line between winning and losing(fumble,penelaties and not running correct offensive plays. Any team that has more than a winning record like 10-6 or better always has one super star who out produces anyone on the team examples would be the viking and "Duante" or alanta and " Vick" or eagles and "Donovon" or colts and "peyton and let me reach way back in history the bears in 85 would not have won there only superbowl without "sweetness"who carried there offensive " Where would any of these teams be with out there one superstar.To the life of me i dont now why anyone from the NFC central would be bragging about anything on here cause we all "stink"JMHO ;-)P.S Jack i'm not talking about your yearly snuffing of the packers thats all in fun . I just think its sad when teams like the NFC central fans start bragging about there team finishing 6-10 or 7-11 and how good they are.........sad sad division

I've got too many friends over there in 'scoonie to give them a serious hard time about the Pack, except maybe snaggel tooth Cavins!! Besides, my Vikings have looked terrible this year until the 2nd half on Sunday.
You know that I know how you guys feel right now because last year it was Longwell's kicks going through the uprights as time ran out to give your team the win. This one game, it was our turn.
Regardless of what team you cheer for, that 56 yarder was something else..WOW!

And the season dont look good for you, heck you future isn't looking to good either with the pack. Better fire that coach and get someone to pick talent. No one said Brett is a great quarterback he can not beat the NFC central himself.

| Denver, I've been a Packer Fan AND SEASON TICKET HOLDER for over 40 years. LOTS of bad teams in those years but I never missed a game because I fell off the band wagon. I'm sorry but narrow minded infantile posts like yours don't ruffle the feathers of a REAL fan of any team. True fans support their team and show up to cheer. So RAH RAH RAH for your team and good for the central division the Pack didn't show up this year but as far as most of us up here are concerned, the Bears are the Bears.
