I recall a simliar thread from last year. I think most of us have a reasonable idea on what we plan on fishing. Let's hear what you're "going to do"


I plan on the FLW league, The Sheboygan walleye club again, The Cabela's NTC and possibly the MWS. Otter St and Merc. will be an "as time allows" kind of thing.

MWS, FLW League, Fox River Classic, Merc Nats, Battle on the Bay , and the MI Muskie Tourney on the Fox and Green Bay.

Location: LaCrosse, WI		I'm not 100% sure yet, but here's the plan so far.

I'll start with FLW Walleye League at Petenwell (see how that one goes). If you get a top 10, you should probably fish to try to win angler of the year since that person now gets an invite to the Tour Championship.

Merc Nationals

Maybe one or two MWS events

I'd like to find some tournies on the non traditional bodies of water in WI. I'd like to do one on Castle Rock, the Mississippi, maybe the Minoqua chain and others.

A lot depends on how the first FLW League event goes. I wanted to do the whole circuit again, but I would really like to try an event like the Merc Nationals.

Let's not forget the Last Chance tourney to end the year with WF.

Location: Orland Park, IL		FLW League of course. Trying to sqeeze in a FLW Tour event. IWT always my favorite. MWC seems interesting, but not sure yet. That PWT in escanaba sounds cool. Definately a co on that. A couple of local Winnebago tournaments.

Hey GNWC, I think WAT does a few mississippi river events.

Location: LaCrosse, WI		I'm very familiar with the WAT. I am considering doing some of them. I just wish that some of the statewide circuits would come to the Mississippi. A lot just depends on the schedules this year.

Location: Lincolnshire, IL		I plan on donating to the Fox River Walleye Classic, MWC Green Bay event and the MI Muskie Tournament on the Fox River-Lower Green Bay.
Wishlist-
The Fox River Walleye Classic happens around the 2nd weekend in May and is limited to the Fox River and Lower Green Bay. I believe/heard the tournament boundries are going to be expanded for 2007 to include all waters of lower Green Bay South of a line extending from Little Tail to Point Comfort.

Oh yeah, I forgot.....Hopefully I'll be back in the Fort Fremont walleye classic after a two year hiatus.


Guido, catfish classic? 2 cases of beer and some stink bait.......my kinda fishing.
