| divided by two from the top to the side.
Knowing the sick mind of the Riddler, when he says divided by two, it may not be literally dividing by the number 2, or cutting it in half. It could mean that there is 2 of some thing that separates something else.
Not too narrow, not too wide. hhhmmmmmm. divided by two, top to side? How about a MAP! |

Oops..............now that I look at it .................it has four walleyes...................But it multiplied by 3 more!
