Member Posts: 744 | I was a little surprised they cancelled today. Aside from the few inches of snow on the ground, it was a decent day...but whatever. Tomorrow will be 10 degrees warmer, but with more wind. Friday: same wind and temps as Thursday, but with some rain too. Will they still put the GPS trackers on the top ten in the field Friday?

Location: Rhinelander | The morning started off cool, but sunny and WAY improved over the last few days. The Pros hit the water after a 'day off' spent playing poker or working on lines, the rig, or some needed sleep. Optimism is high for a good bite! Attachments ---------------- ![]() ![]() ![]()

Member Posts: 2393 Location: Waukesha Wisconsin | Sounds like a very tough bite. I stick by my prediction. 2 pound average. That would be 14 pounds a day for the winner. looks like we will see a few zero's.

Location: Rhinelander | Word from the AIM on the Water crew is the bite was tough this morning. Water temps dropped into the upper 430's yesterday.

Member Posts: 13 | I have heard two pros talk/write about getting their limits and then upgrading (one on WC's preview article and the other on Reel Shot's weekly video report).... What happened to the no culling law?

Member Posts: 2393 Location: Waukesha Wisconsin | They catch a fish, they take at picture, they release the fish. Upgrading pictures is not illegal or culling.

Member Posts: 78 | Just curious if there is no length restrictions? If I read the weigh-in correct a 12.75" fish was weighed? I know there is no size limit on the system but that seems a bit extreme for a pro tournament. Edited by Team Burbot 4/22/2011 7:37 AM

GPS Tracking? You don't need it. no one left the bridge (wink wink wink). Sure would fill the bridge every night this week though. This link is better than the GPS. http://65.42.165.230:4021/cgi-bin/guestimage.html Good Luck Tyee

Member Posts: 2393 Location: Waukesha Wisconsin | Out of all the fishermen doing this tournament it would be JIMMY HUGHES that I would like to follow the most. He is superb under these kinds of conditions. It would be Rich S next if he was fishing it. wink wink
