When and where is it?

| It's next May in Bay City, MI. I'm not sure why the info is not on their website yet.

Location: Green Bay, WI | Why May?
Why not the end of the year like in the past? |

Location: Manitowoc, WI | Actually it's a change for the better. It should be under better weather conditions than in the fall and hopefully a better bite that isn't 50-70 miles from the launch. By the way, it's at Saginaw Bay. |

Location: Essexville, MI./Saginaw Bay. | I'll vouch for Jerry's answer. You want a tourney with lots of big fish, great press reports with pictures of happy anglers and spectators on stage at Saginaw Bay, have it in May through August. Want a tourney where only a few lucky anglers (and I mean lucky) find fish willing to bite, the patterns to catch them, and weather not condusive to flight duck migration, have it in the fall. It's about time (IMV) tournament directors scheduled these things when and where the fishing is good.

Location: Midland, MI | I agree with Dan, the Bay that time of year, it will take 32+ pound bags to win. Now if they can just get the weather everyone remembers the last PWT on the Bay. Only a one day tourney. |
