Doesn't the first tourney on the FLW hit the Saturday in Front of the MWS tourney?
(if they fish the same weekend as last year)
Will this be an added benny for those who fish both or oversaturate a particular bite, and get everyone a little upset? If info is shared... We know friends tend to inform others.
Just a question.

| I am not sure what kind of schedule the MWS will have this year. There are two FLW League events that conflict with past MWS dates and a Spring MWC event that conflicts with usual spring Green Bay event. Maybe Jim has and idea andcan inform us what he has up his sleeve. |

| Shouldn't be any conflict. FLW is Saturday, MWS is on Sunday. Where's the conflict? |

Location: Oshkosh, Wisconsin | Father's day is the 3rd Sunday of June. FLW event on GB will be the same weekend as the Merc Nationals. |

Lots of choices for tournament angler who JUST WANT TO FISH BAGO OR THE BAY!?!?!

| I didn't say it couldn't be done. I just would like to see the number of boats in the MWS increase in 08 rather than decrease because of all the other tournaments going on in the same time frame. I think the numbers were down in 07. The Green Bay league event shouldn't conflict with the Merc Nationals unless I missed somthing, the FLW event is June 21 and Merc Nationals should be the first weekend of June. |

Location: in the boat off the east shore somewhere | i think the mwc is the weekend after otter... if i remember ... and baggoed out ,, ok head down to the illinois river and get your ars handed to you... lol everyone is worried about the great bago fisherman who always have the fish dialed in ,,, wait till you go down there..... ya you will be on a level playing field with 50 percent of the anglers that make the trip , the rest will be local,,, and if you dont have a top notch program ,,, lets just say,,, BEnd over.... your gonna take one.. they dont call them river rats for nothing... same on the mississippi. been there, not proud.... lol. i for one have more learn ill be the first to admit... |

| It is obviously useless to argue with a Winnebago guy about the schedule, but I find it funny that you don't want to go to other venues and expect others to see your way of coming to Bago all the time. I am not afraid to fish on any body of water. If I get smoked, I get smoked and hopefully learn something in the process. I just realized that MWC at Bago is the same weekend as FLW at Green Bay. How is that going to help the turnout. I think there was a lack of planning and research in next year's schedule. |

Not Fishing in o8,, i know,,, i long for the days of more travel.. and time away,, a saturday of pre-fishing a good hand full of competitors(freinds) fishing on sunday with a few locals jumping in ... but thats not the case it seems ,,, the expenses have gone up in fuel alone by 200.00/tourny that with only a day of pre-fishing.. add it up ,, too much travel and pre-fishing time to compete with locals and you will not attnd,,, there are a small handful that will spend it but the bulk of the fisherman simply dont have the TIME off of work or can afford (justify) the $ spent and lost in wages for a 3 or 4 day weekend... the guys that fish these things arent PRO's !!!!!!!!!! great fisherman! yes! could they be Pro's? Heck ya! winnibaggo draws because greater wisconsin , excluding madison lives within an hour... and its a great fishery,, it will cost a team on average over 1000 dollars to pre fish a bit and fish the mws or flw league per tournament ,, and that is a very conservitive noumber... SHEP? BE HONEST. how much did it cost to fish the flw league in 07 Expenses damage to eqipment and all,,, 1500 a tournament with limmited pre-fishing? or am i wrong? gotta love the competion or stay close to home... for the month of June on Baggo there will be 600 toury boats on bago every weeknd .. 600 Boats!!!!!!!!!!! every weekend in june .. and there going to schedual a tournament on the bay for the flwleague when there is a Merc national or otter street or mwc event the same weekend on bago? Takes Guts ! it will be interesting to see what happens... im in the same boat ,, i loved doing tournys on the petonwell or casle rock or illionois river or big euplain,, or mississipi , even madison has a cool chain to fish... but every year i go threw the scheduals and its a lot to bite off... for now... have two kids i have to get threw school and i job that if i take off of work on a friday and saturday it will cost me 500- 1000 dollars in lost income,, in adition to expenses for the tournament and the couple of bucks in a nice dinner and a movie to smooth over the wife... ,, this game is not for everyone... i guess , |

Merc should be the 7-8th, Otter Street the 14-15th, MWC the 21-22nd. Its the MWC that appears to conflict with the FLW.

| Komo, I'm seriously considering the SV event....just to help the divisons and it's always fun catching big sassy saugers on the IL.....timing is poor for me, won't know til about Jan/Feb. If I'll do that one. |

June 21st... Green Bay at Green Bay
August 2nd...Green Bay at Oconto
The June 21st at Green Bay has been changed to June 28th, so as to not conflict with the MWC or it's anglers...per Sonny Reynolds.
