| I'm curious if there are any ranger 620 owners who keep there boats in there garage? I'm asking because I have 23' from the door to the back wall, and have been told it would fit, but I see in the specs from the motor(down) to the tounge(folded) it is 23' 1" can anyone validate yes or no?

| I don't think it will fit. I had an 06 620 in my garage. It barely fit, and mine is 24 1/2 feet, door to wall on that side. I ended up putting it on the other side, and that is just under 27 feet. Fit nicely there. |

| It'll fit, you'll have to angle the boat into the garage, which will cost you more than one stall space. But heck, if you can afford a new 65K boat. The 10-15K for a new garge should be mere pocket change.  |

Location: in the boat off the east shore somewhere | just install a doggy door in the back and let your lower unit hang out lol... or bring it over and put it in my garage ill keep it warm for you... this spring we will have to get togather for you to pick it up ,, unfortunatly you may show up several times before you actualy find your boat back in my garage as i like the spring run... my advise pore a slab in the back and punch out the back wall a bit ... sounds like a weekend job with a few experianced buddies to me.... and maybe depending on how big you go and if you mix your own concrete you could get away with a 500.00 bill.. depends on your set up existing now.. |

Location: in the boat off the east shore somewhere | this is a bit cheezy but i know a guy who baught a utility shed kit... built it up against the back of his shed and opened an 8 foot section in his shed connecting to this utility shed... had everything he needed in the kit and all he had to do was tie the roof and corners into his existing shed... then tear out part of the back wall... it can always be removed and does the job . also added storage and another entrance for the lawn more and other stuff ... works pretty well in a pinch and like i said can be removed and put back to the way it was.. he also didnt get a building permit and its not permanant as it has a wood floor so it got him around a restriction as he was unable to add on to the shed and foundation but he there was no restriction on a storage shed for his lawn more and stuff.. |

| Two great ideas exept my garage backs up to one of my bathrooms, and the livingroom, and as far as the shed goes I don't think my HOA (home owners association) would like that to much they hate when I just park my boat, or sled trailer in the driveway for more than a few days. the big plan is to sell this place and move to the country where I can have a nice big pole barn, and not worry about the HOA I guess for now I will go with a 619 which should fit with inches to spare. |

Location: in the boat off the east shore somewhere | ok one more try... move your garage door out! come out 2 feet and move your door out... remember to make sure your door is high enuff to fit the big black murc under it ... just tie it to your ixisting front wall...if done well it will ad cosmetic apeal.. just wont have as much landing in front.. or PLAN B> a 619 is an awum boat!!!!!!!!!!!! there isnt a big dif from a 619 and a 620 for most anglers .. throw an opimax on instead of the big v and save some money... i cant see you unhappy... resale is similar on both .. and if you make a change in a few years i think you would be going with a 621 .. but i think if you go to sell yours in a few years you will come out ok with the 619 .. save some money make sure it can fit it inside,, and start picking out what you want for colar and rigging... ya look at the bright side ... take the money you save and pick a couple of nice things out that you always wanted on your boat... maybe spend a bit more for the next step up in electronics or maybe a bow mount with auto piolot or someting.. have fun.. i still think the ranger is the best boat to buy if you can swing it... but the key to the ride is in the seats... for the most part... id order a set of higher windshield if its an option just to stay a bit dryer... call ranger maybe there is an option other than the breakaway toung that they have been working on to shorten the package... never know they my have done something custom once or twice but just isnt cost effective to add to there standard build... doesnt hert to call and ask.. good luck . either way i think you will end up happy.. heck of your looking to do tournaments with all the blow days , reduced daily bag limmits and slots the well size will be plenty and lets face it if you cant get accross the lake in a 19 footer the twenty wont make a difference anyway.. but yes a bit nicer ride maybe ... i dont know .. wish i was picking out a new one like you... have fun... your gonna spend some cake.. either way.. |

| Get someone with a crane to pick that aforementioned black piece of junk off the back of the boat and drop in recycle bin. Park 620 in garage which will fit nicely until spring. Place a beautiful 225 H.O. E-Tec Rude on the back come spring and you will never need to place back into the garage because you won't want to come off the water ever again!!!!!!!!!  |
