"November 3rd, Little Bay de Noc past 10 day update"

lots of changes in the past days,
Water surface temps. running between 48' in the upper Bay to around 50' to 52' running south of the Gladstone Harbor and into and beyond Escanaba. Winds have been proving pretty crazy as well changing daily and at those many common high wind forecasts like yesterday, November 2nd.
Reports running daily with some anglers doing OK and others struggling and thinking much of this due to the changing daily conditions.
Trolling bites still being used working crawler harness's I-42 and I-62's ( www.walleyeschoice.com) using lively crawlers and even switching up attaching redtail chubs also.
Crankbaiting also trolling those many different style baits from Rapala, Reef Runner and Thundersticks.
Best water depths for trolling and variances of as shallow as 10 to 35 feet of water. Working breaklines and ticking weed tops of still many green weeds of cabbage and coontail.
Jigging and livebait rigs also taking some really nice fish using crawlers, redtail/blacktail chubs, plastics and crankbaits being used casting. Best fishing areas and depths; the upper Bay flats of weeds, sand and mud as well the breakline drops.
Depths varying from 5 to 25 feet of water.
1/8 to 1/4 ounce leadhead Northland jigs in oranges and chartrueses, Northland 4 inch Mimmic Minnows in Shad patterns.
Gulp Minnows in 4 inch, Shad Raps, Husky Jerks and X-Raps.

Mixed catches of fish with walleye, smallmouth bass and pike along with some nice bonus perch.
Still lots of good fishing going on yet fisherman, looking like good weather still holding for many days in this month.
Well heres some snip-its of some of the last days catches;
Enjoy the waters guys, be careful, respect all the other fisherman out there and enjoy what we've really been given,
Marty
