Location: Menasha, WI | Got out for the first time this season yesterday morning. Fished off of a west shore reef in 15' of water. Only 2 perch to show for my effort but they were both really nice 11"ers. One on Forage Minnow w/ spikes, the other on a rosie deadsticking. Only marked about 8 fish all morning. Should've moved around the reef a bit but it was too cold & breezy so I set up and stayed nice and cozy in the portable.
Ice was a consistent 5"+ whereever I checked. |

Location: Freedom, WI | Been out a few times and have done well for Perch! Fish are nice sized this year, mainly in the 8.5-10" range, and had one the other day that went 11.75"! Been fishing off the west shore on the reef edges. Move, move, move until you find a school, because once you find them it is well worth it! |
