| Any info on were to get the wires & springs for the tattle tale flags.I have everything else. I just need the wire & springs. Don't want to pay for something I already have. |

All you could possibly need is the washer as the flag comes with the board. hahhahahaahahahaha a little secret, use the springs from offshore, there is a difference. |

| I ordered stainless steel springs from McMaster-carr along with the washers. I used .035 stainless wire feed welding wire. I will PM you the numbers to order from McMaster. The springs work great never had a problem. |

| Hey Mark, doing good. We did good @ the MWC @ Bago. The only problem we had Day 1 the aerator went out on the livewell & we had to take dead fish penalties. Day 2 we had the most weight out of everybody & went to start the big motor to get back to weigh-in and it did not start. After it was to late we found out we had a bad ground on the motor. The other guys we were fishing with cashed a check. The 2nd place team was fishing next to us & we were definetly doing better then them. We are looking @ maybe having a friends tournament the weekend of July 18, 19, & 20th. If you are intrested. We willprobably keep all the fish and have a fish fry. |

| Oh, I was able to make the wire's out of some old bottom bouncer wire I had worked great. Washers I had from work. Just need the springs now. I will check out the ACE, I need a few for backup. |

| Home Depot has a set of springs that will work. I just brought in the board and looked through what they had to offer.

| I think the spring number is C73. And you have enlarge the hole in the flag a bit so it rotates easily.
Denny knows what rotate easily means! hehehe

| Century Spring Co. model# C-73- Generally any Ace or True Value hardware store will have these. I use these springs when pulling larger cranks like Reef Runners.
I use the stock Offshore springs when pulling crawler harnesses.

Location: Appleton, WI | Limitout, if you can not find any springs give rubber bands a try. I lost a spring last year on a trip and we rigged a rubber band to get buy and its still on there and working great. when pulling big bills or heavy weights just wrap a 2ed band and good to go! |

Location: Midland, MI 48642 | I have noticed that some use that Mason coated wire with a sleeve and crimp it instead of the wire. They seem to like it. I have never tried it first hand. Skeeter

| That's what I use instead of a wire rod.... 60# coated leader with crimps. I use the Church Flag and Church release clip. The flag is mounted on the board using a threaded plastic rod with a plastic nut just large enough to use as a spacer to get the flag out from the board. You can buy the plastic rod the exact length you need and the whole thing screws together and allows the flag to move, but it secures the flag to the board. At the end of the clip. I use a #6 bead to act as a stopper and a split ring to attach the clip. The springs are avaliable at my local Kitz & Pfeil hardware store. I mounted the flags so that they are down when running and the flag jumps up when you have a fish on.... It's as much fun as watching a bobber as a 10 year old kid. I really like the fact that the flag is in the down position and they are easy to store. If anyone need additional details or photos, PM me, I've been using mine for 2 months and I would never go back to a normal board. PS... the small cutout square in the back is for my aaa battery holder that I have mounted for the LED on top of the board for night fishing on Bay de Noc. The second pick, shows the front of the board with the flag extended when it has a fish on. One last note, by mounting the flag up higer, it sits parallel to the board without a fish on, but exteneds all the way up with a fish on and is very easy to see on the water. Purple Skeeter

| Dominic forgot to mention that his boards weigh about 5lbs each so when he has 6 of them out it is like pulling a drift sock! |
