I have a minnkota maxum 12 volt 54# bow mount. The shaft is 48" 0r 54". It will fit and work on most smaller boats. I am looking for a ice auger. Power. Does not need to be new as mine is not either. Just dont want a one arm bandit. My 14 yr old son will be using, prefer the bars to hang on. Mine works and I hope your does as well. May even consider a tip over 2 man flip top shack as well. Mybe even something I did not even know I needed. e-mail me with options. Thanks, Denny
