yes i know it depends....upon the day....water clarity..... light conditions..as a general rule....bright day= silver/copper, clear water =greens/blues, dark water =dark colors- purple/brown, cloudy =bright colors chartuse/orange, thats the basics of it, but......lets say...... If you only had three goto colors or combinations a.ka. green dolphin etc., what would they be? what seems to always be your start of the day of searching for fish? do they change seasonally? bead color..... does it really matter? hammered blades, why do they seem to be so prevalent? Do you really think color is that important? I've always concentrate on depth and speed, in that order, if the fish are deep and you are shallow nothing else will matter, if you have a small blade ripping through at top speed after a cold front and blue bird days have settled in , well....lets hope your intent was to wash the baldes Phishy |
