New User Posts: 1 | Becoming ill with cabin feaver and pondering open water walleyes, we all think about what we can do to put more fish in the boat. What are some of your plans for a more successful 2009? Mine would be to strive for the precision I fished with when I won a tournament or finished well, 100% of the time. There's always a place in the water column, sometimes within an inch where you'll get many more bites or bigger fish. Doesn't matter if you're pitching in 3 feet of water or trolling over 80 feet. When you focus on precision and the process of attaining it you kind of get yourself into a zone. Let's here more, what do you plan to do for 2009 to wear out your net? __________________ eyeballs Walleye Ebooks www.inlandwalleye.com

Member Posts: 2300 Location: Berlin | I am actually going to start fishing bass with plans to enter some bass tournaments next year if I can figure them out. Should be fun and I have a head start seeing as I catch a ton of them walleye fishing.

Member Posts: 2300 Location: Berlin | Difference is a bass will eat a crayfished shaped turd. I just want to fish more tournaments later in the year and walleye torunaments are pretty much over in August here. This makes my winters entirely too long.

Member Posts: 219 | Rich, do you bass guys buy them crayfish pre-shaped or store the material in bulk and mold it yourself over the winter?

Member Posts: 2300 Location: Berlin | They have had plastic surgery on their butt cheeks so they are able to produce as many as needed. Nice thing is they can vary their diet to create all sorts of color combinations and scents. These bass guys are light years beyond us.
