That address is not a hotel, it's a buisness center and isn't his web address http://myweb.ecomplanet.com/SKUR7341/?

That's his website, but it does not work!  I get an occasional e-mail from Dennis so I did not think it was unusual until I opened it.

looks like a virus. Better get rid of it or the cost of minnows will really go up.

Dear Friends on WalleyeFIRST:

I am truly sorry for this major inconvenience!

For the record, I am NOT stranded in the UK and I DO NOT need your money.

Unfortunately someone has stolen (captured) my yahoo account. Please do not respond to any emails from me for awhile. I am trying to rectify this situation with Yahoo but I am fearful that it will take awhile until they take care of this. I am also very concerned that I will loose all email contacts as a result of this. Unfortunately I use this account for my guiding business and staying in contact with my sponsors.

For the record, after talking with some who are more knowledgeable about these situations than me, I believe this has occurred because of my recent sign up on Face Book. I wish I had not listened to my kids and family about using this service.

Please hang in there and realize that I am not sending out any spam to you.

I will try to use this web site to keep you updated when the problem is taken care of.

This really sucks because I need this account to stay in contact with my sponsors and clients during a very important time. I fear that I will loose all of my email addresses and phone numbers. Please learn from my misfortune and save you contact information and back it up.

I thought you were sending me some kind of a joke. Read it a couple of times and deleted it. I have now been getting a bunch of hoax orders on my web site as well as offers to help people due to dead family members. Not sure if this is related or not. Nels

Things have gotten worst in my life!

Unfortunately I used the same password for my work and they have now broken into the school district email account. They are sending out hundreds of spams with my name on it. I thought I was covered because I changed that password yesterday. They were one step ahead of me.

This is getting ugly and is really disrupting my life.

I'm not an apologist for Facebook, as I see way too many reasons not to use that service. But, I doubt it had anything to do with your issue. As far as I can tell, there would be no reason for you to use your email password on the Facebook account. Good luck

I knew this wasn't from Dennis, as soon as I saw the word moreover in a sentence. He'd never use that word.

Seriously, this sucks for him. I wish when hackers were caught, they would have extremely harsh consequences. Like 25 years of haqrd time. Virus originators should be given a real virus, etc.

Dennis,

Did you get the money I sent. Sorry I could only come up with $3,000. Pay me back whenever you can. For whatever reason my bank here is messed up so I had to open an account overseas under an alias. Whenever you get things back to normal and can pay me back, send it to:

Mosef Pigniel
Nigeria

That sucks bud, good luck. Sucks to see bad things happen to good people.

Thanks everyone for being understanding through this. As of noon on 3-16-09 I am back in control of my email account. Thankfully I have not lost my contacts, email addresses or important emails.

Yahoo called it a fishing expedition and suggests running virus protection and anti-spyware software to get rid of the jerk.

This scares me a bit because I already have both softwares on my computer. I may check into the additional software that imac suggests.

My big concern now is that I work on two different computers at work besides the one at home. Who knows which is infected.

This sucks!

Rich,

Thanks for the $2 bill

Yup, I got your request too. I didn't send any money though. I figured if you're dumb enough to get into a jam like that, you can work yourself out of it by guiding carp charters or something.
On the serious side, I hope things worked out for youwith Yahoo and all.

Alright, Sunshine, if I don't get my money and the title to my truck back pretty soon, I'm going to be forced to steal WAY more lures than usual the next time I'm in your boat.

thanks Frank,

I bought minnows with the money you sent and used the truck title as a down payment on a new boat. The fishing is great in the UK. Gotta run, have another bite.
