The Walleye Angler’s Trail first tournament of the 2009 season will kick off at Dubuque, Iowa on May 3, 2009. The mandatory rules meeting will be held at the tournament headquarters (Massey Station Marina) at 4:30PM on Saturday May 2 (At least one member of the team must be present).
The Massey Station Marina provides our angler’s a full service restaurant, gas dock, and fresh live bait to include minnows, crawlers and leeches. Camping is available on site. (563-556-3416)
Fishing this tournament is the first step in qualifying to receive a chance to win the 2009 WAT Loyalty Award:
2009 W.A.T. LOYALTY AWARD
The Clark Boat Co./Mercury Marine/Miller Electric “Loyalty Award” drawing for members who register & fish all four W.A.T. tournaments. A Brand new Mercury 9.9 hp, four stroke Pro Kicker Motor. Drawing to be held at our La Crosse, WI. tournament in September 2009. Remember, you are not required to fish with the same partner to qualify but you must fish all four tournaments!
As always, we will be holding a drawing at the conclusion of the tournament for the competitors.
