Congratulations!! That is quite an accomplishment, an even greater accomplishment than winning a tournament. You did yourself and your family a huge favor (although your buddies on here may have to find another target). Good luck and make sure you keep it off.

Thanks. I just got back from a 15 mile bike ride in this gail of a wind. My goal is to do a triathlon here in Manitowoc on Aug 22. in less than 1hr 40 min.

I can say with certainty that this is th best I've ever felt!!
