Subject: Charger Question

I have a 4 bank charger where one of the indicator lights stays totaly red idicating low chqrge. I have isolated the questionable battery and replkaced it wth a new one. A volt meter reading on this battery indicates good voltage but the red lights are still on. Could the charger be charging but the LED light system be falty? How do I check it?

It's possible, I have a MinnKota charger with that issue. I know of no way to check the LED display for accuracy other than returning the unit to the manufacturer.

Is this a remote panel or the actuall charger? I had a remote panel go bad but the charger was fine, if it is the charger call the manufacture, they could probably provide some troubleshooting info.

Oh yah bad fuse on that battery lead form the charger?
