I make my own. Rice flour and corn meal, equal amounts, and 1 tablespoon Lawrys with pepper to taste per total cup. Roll the moist fillet in the flour mix, fry in butter or high quality oil over a MH flame.

Crumbled Ritz Crackers and pancake batter.  Roll in egg and then dust.  Deep fry about 3-4 minutes and sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor.... it probably just cost you $2000 a pound to catch those fish!
